Staff Report Approving Measure O Positions

Thirty-three (33) positions are proposed across several funds, with 21 of those positions being proposed in Measure O. Additionally, staff is requesting approval to add eighteen (18) additional positions in Measure O effective July 1, 2025.  All requests that impact the Authorized Position List (APL) for the City are detailed in this attachment.
